Your choices at a glance
This page provides controls and request channels for privacy choices that may apply based on your residence, our relationship with you and the personal information involved. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Privacy laws use different definitions and thresholds. Offering a request method does not mean that every law or right applies to every request, and references to a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” use the potentially broader meanings assigned by applicable privacy laws rather than only an exchange for money.

Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising
Ask us to opt you out of personal-information sale, sharing or targeted-advertising processing where applicable law provides that right.
Compose opt-out emailAccess, correct, delete or object
Submit a request about personal information associated with you. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify and process it.
Compose rights-request emailLimit sensitive information
Ask us to limit eligible uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, or appeal a prior privacy-request decision, where applicable.
Compose limit or appeal emailU.S. state privacy rights
Depending on the state, applicable thresholds and exceptions, a consumer may have rights to confirm or access processing, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, delete certain information, opt out of eligible sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and appeal a denied request.
A request must be evaluated under the law that applies to the requester, responsible entity and information. Applicable exceptions may permit information to be retained or a request to be limited—for example, to complete a transaction, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes or protect legal rights. Applicable law may prohibit discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
Browser opt-out signals
Where required, we treat a recognized, legally valid browser-based opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing or targeted-advertising processing for the browser or device from which the signal is received. While GPC remains present, our consent system keeps the advertising category and related advertising activation through Google Tag Manager disabled. You may still use Cookie Settings to choose whether to allow separate analytics or functionality categories.
Signal behavior depends on browser support and configuration. A browser signal generally does not identify you by name or automatically apply to another browser, device, reservation system or offline record. You may also use the request channels on this page.
EEA, UK, Brazil and other international visitors
Where European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Brazilian or another applicable data-protection law provides them, rights may include confirmation and access; correction or updating; deletion, anonymization or blocking; portability or restriction; information about purposes, sources and recipients; objection; withdrawal of consent; and review of a qualifying automated decision. The exact right, response period, exception and verification rule depend on the law and processing involved.
Use Cookie Settings to withdraw optional website-technology consent. The email controls on this page open a draft in your mail application; they do not submit a web form or create a ticket. Confirm that your message was sent and retain a copy. Applicable law may require a request to be free and may provide a right to complain to a data-protection or consumer authority.
Verification and authorized agents
Describe the request and provide information reasonably necessary to locate relevant records, such as the name, contact details or reservation information previously used with Ocean Manor. We may take proportionate steps to verify identity or authority and protect personal information. Do not send payment-card data, government identification or account passwords in an initial ordinary email.
Where applicable law allows an authorized agent, we may request proof of the agent's authority and may confirm the request directly with the consumer unless an exception applies. We will use verification information for security and request handling.
Timing, appeals and response
Response periods, permitted extensions, decision explanations and appeal rights differ by jurisdiction. The entity responsible for a request must follow the requirements of the law that applies. Keep the sent message and any response so the request and its timing can be identified.
If a prior written decision offers an appeal or applicable law provides one, reply to that decision or use the “limit or appeal” email control above. Include the prior request date or reference and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
