This Privacy Policy describes personal information handled through oceanmanor.com, website inquiries, communications and the handoff to the HotelREZ booking service. Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation records currently list AFT Management Corp., doing business as The Ocean Manor Resort, as holder of hotel license HOT1610480 at 4040 Galt Ocean Drive. In this policy, “Ocean Manor” identifies the branded hotel and website experience; that licensing record does not by itself establish the website controller, payment merchant or controller of every reservation or separately offered service. The responsible legal entity still must be confirmed for each processing context.

The booking engine at bookings.hotelrez.co.uk is operated by HotelREZ Limited. HotelREZ states that, for hotel bookings, it may collect information as a processor on behalf of the relevant hotel and may act as controller for processing it performs for its own purposes. The booking page and confirmation may provide additional terms and privacy information.

Information you provide

• Contact details, such as your name, email address and telephone number.
• The contents of an inquiry, accessibility request, event request, feedback message or other communication.
• Reservation and transaction information submitted through HotelREZ or communicated to Ocean Manor, including guest and contact details, stay dates, accommodation preferences, confirmation details and, where required, payment-related information handled by the booking or payment participants.

Information collected from a browser or device

• Internet Protocol address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language and approximate location derived from network information.
• Pages viewed, referring pages, links selected, timestamps and site interactions. After analytics consent, the site can send a same-origin Core Web Vitals report containing the page path, metric name, value, event identifier, rating and timestamp; ordinary connection metadata is visible to the receiving servers.
• Cookie, advertising and analytics identifiers, consent choices and a limited booking-journey identifier. When booking-link passthrough is enabled, the identifier, originating route and public content-release identifier are also added to the HotelREZ URL.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, it is tied to the particular purpose. The application sets om_cookie_consent for up to 180 days, om_journey for up to 90 days and NEXT_LOCALE for up to one year. Google Analytics, EmailJS, Tawk.to, HotelREZ, Matterport, Cloudflare and hotel-held records follow separate account settings, provider terms and hotel record-retention practices. Browser-cookie expiration does not determine how long a provider or the hotel retains information already received.
