Amongst the many amenities offered at Ocean Manor Beach Resort is Yoga on the Beach. Our morning yoga classes allow you to start your day in full zen mode. Inhale the fresh ocean air, feel the ocean breeze, and hear the seagulls soaring above on our 200-foot private beach.

Follow up with a beachside breakfast at our tropical Tiki Cafe, or enjoy an Italian coffee from our coffeeshop.

➡️Classes are Weather Permitting. Just head down to the beach; when your feet hit the sand, go to the right.

We meet for class in front of the Wooden Cross, our Holy Gift from the sea, on the beach in front of the pool. Our Beach Yoga classes are open to all levels and are appropriate for first-time yoga students, advanced students, and everything in between. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.

We currently offer 5 classes per week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday : 8AM – 9AM
Saturday & Sunday : 9:30AM – 10:30AM

Feel free to bring your own mat/towel or we will supply one. All of our yoga classes are open to the public. All levels welcome! $20 per person per community class. Free parking is available in the lot across the street.
